Sabres Instructional

Basic skating skills are required in order to sign up. That means being able to skate unassisted on the ice, not holding onto a wall or anyone's hand, while being able to skate the width (shorter distance side-to-side) of the ice generally without falling down if just skating. The Sabres have partnered with the WASHINGTON CAPITALS to provide (to keep) all the required equipment (including skates) with CCM brand items, some featuring the WASHINGTON CAPITALS logo!
